Nicole Morgan is a Registered Occupational Therapist and Licensed Independent Insurance Agent. She is licensed in 11 states including Texas, Oklahoma, Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Louisiana, New Jersey, New Mexico, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. A graduate of Texas Woman’s University, Nicole has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Her clinical background includes inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, acute care, skilled nursing, home health, community-based care, medical sales and management. She has gained multiple certifications along the way – including geriatrics, home modification, aging in place, senior advising, and fall prevention – all with a focus on senior care and wellness. Most recently, Nicole obtained her certification in Medicare from the National Association of Health Underwriters.
Nicole’s education and background gives her a solid foundation to assist and guide her clients, their families and other healthcare professionals in gaining the best outcomes for health insurance coverage with Medicare. Over the course of her career, Nicole has developed a passion for and expertise in geriatrics, senior services, aging in place, and transitioning from hospital to home.
During the past five years, Nicole has leveraged her clinical and business acumen along with her passion for seniors to launch a successful Insurance Agency, Morgan Medicare Solutions, LLC. She expertly guides her clients through the complexities of Medicare and all that goes with it – from sign up to plan enrollment. Her process is simple and seamless: education first, client-centered plan research, and ongoing service and support throughout the Medicare journey. She manages to take the stress out of the transition to Medicare, no easy feat!
Nicole is a native of Sherman, Texas where she resides with her husband of 27 years and three teenage children. She is very involved in her church and community. When not helping others navigate insurance coverage, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, shopping and playing golf!
